Anica Angela Nicole Modena-Hill

Anica Angela Nicole Modena-Hill (born 1997) is a Filipina-American author, human resources professional, and entrepreneur. She is the founder of The Soft Protocol Company, a digital media and publishing studio established in 2025 that focuses on emotional intelligence, leadership education, and digital wellness.

Early Life and Education

Modena-Hill was born in Romblon, Philippines. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from a state university in Romblon and pursued a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA). In 2022, she participated in the Socially Innovative Global Classroom (SIGLOC) program at Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan, where she developed sustainable tourism strategies supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG #1 and SDG #13).

Career

Modena-Hill began her professional career in human resources, serving in managerial roles focused on recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. She later expanded her expertise to entrepreneurship, founding The Soft Protocol Company. Through her company, she produces self-help eBooks, leadership content, and emotional intelligence guides aimed at a global audience.

In addition to her work in HR and publishing, she is currently pursuing a law degree, with plans to specialize in human rights and employment law.
